A flavorful fresh pizza packed with hummus, fresh cucumbers, juicy tomatoes, creamy feta cheese, and mint. Topped with a spoonful of tzatziki sauce. All you have to do is chop the veggies, heat up or toast the Naan bread and you’ll be ready to eat in no time. I usually prepare one large size Naan pizza for each person eating, but you can do smaller ones, and even bite size for a fun appetizer or bruschetta.
